Terms of Sale
These terms apply to every order placed on savannahavenue.com.
1. Products
The products offered are those shown on the site at the time of ordering, within the limits of available stock. Each product is described as accurately as possible. Photographs are illustrative and not contractually binding.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping is free worldwide. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient.
We may change our prices at any time. The price applied is the one displayed at the moment you place your order.
3. Promotional offers
The Buy 2, Get 1 Free offer applies automatically at checkout: for every three eligible items in the basket, the lowest-priced item is free. The offer repeats without limit. It does not combine with other product or order discounts.
4. Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment has been accepted and a confirmation email has been sent. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, a payment dispute, or a reasonable suspicion of fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering, through the payment methods shown at checkout. Transactions are secured by our payment providers; we never have access to your full card details.
6. Delivery
Delivery conditions and times are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, extended to 30 days as a commercial gesture. Conditions and exclusions — in particular the hygiene exemption applying to earrings and pierced jewellery — are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, independently of any commercial guarantee. To exercise them, contact us at the address below.
9. Liability
Our liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from misuse of a product, from normal wear, or from a failure to follow the care instructions provided.
10. Personal data
Your data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, please contact us first — most issues are resolved in a single email. If no agreement is reached, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
