Free, wherever you are

Shipping is free on every order, to every country, with no minimum spend. There is no threshold to reach and no option to pay for.

When your order leaves us

Orders are prepared as soon as payment is confirmed. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday go out on the next working day.

You receive a confirmation email with a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves us.

How long it takes

Delivery time depends on your destination. The estimate for your address is shown at checkout and again in your dispatch email.

These are estimates, not guarantees: carriers and customs occasionally take longer than planned.

Following your parcel

Your tracking link works from the moment the carrier scans the parcel. The first movement can take up to 24 hours to appear — that is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

If tracking has not moved for an unusually long time, write to us. We will open an enquiry with the carrier.

Outside the European Union

Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs handling fees. These amounts are set by your country, not by us, and are paid by the recipient. We cannot predict them.

Check your address

The most common cause of a late parcel is an incomplete address. A missing flat number or building code is enough for a parcel to come back to us. Take ten seconds to check before you confirm.
