No. Green skin comes from copper-based alloys reacting with your skin. There is no copper here — the base is stainless steel, and the gold is bonded to it by PVD, so your skin never touches the base metal at all.

No. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept earrings or pierced jewellery back once the sealed packaging has been opened. This is a legal exemption under EU consumer law and it is standard across the jewellery industry — it protects you as much as the next customer.

This does not apply if a piece arrives faulty. In that case, contact us and we replace it.

Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery at contactsavannahco@gmail.com. We arrange a replacement or a full refund, with postage covered both ways.

• Put it on after perfume, not before.
• Rinse it after a chlorinated pool.
• Store pieces apart so they do not scratch each other.
• Never use silver polish, jewellery dips, toothpaste or an ultrasonic cleaner — they are made to strip a surface layer.
